Your society can be onboarded in 2 days after sharing all the required data with regards to members and other information. It will take another 15 days for effective implementation.

There are no hidden charges apart from subscription and convenience feewhich is negligible.

Ideally the settlement happens within T+3 days as per payment gateway timelines.

You can pay easily through any online medium UPI, Debit card , credit card and Net Banking.

We also provide option of recording transactions in cash or cheque.

The convenience charges will be specific to bank holding the account. There are no extra charges paid to Payment gateway provider or any middle agent.

Yes, we can provide you the access in TimePay application which will require integration with your CCTV vendor.

If you don’t have CCTV, no worries we can make the arrangements.

Yes we can. However, the requirement and integrations possibility needs to be evaluated along with costing.

The invoices can be shared through mobile app, email and website. An administrative access will be provided to society managers to share invoices to members in a hard copy.

Yes. The system allows society to set reminders for various payments. Very soon this feature will be provided to members as well.

All the possible MIS can be generated through this application. Financial, Non-financial, Accounting and auditing reports.
