Terms & Conditions

Program Overview:

• The program is called the Refer & Earn Program.

Eligibility:

• The Refer & Earn Program is open to all registered users of TimePay.
• Both the referrer and the referred friend must complete the registration process and meet all eligibility criteria.

Referral Reward:

• The referrer earns ₹10 for each successful referral made through the program.
• The referred friend also receives ₹5 upon successful registration and meeting the eligibility criteria.
• Upon completing 5 referrals, the referee will receive an additional ₹50.

Definition of a Successful Referral:

• A referral is deemed successful only when the referred friend signs up using the unique referral link or code provided through the program.
• The same friend cannot be referred more than once.

Bonus Reward:

• Referrers will receive an additional ₹50 bonus upon successfully referring 5 friends under the program.
• Only completed and verified referrals contribute to the bonus.

Reward Credit:

• Rewards will be credited to the user's account within 48 hours after a referral is deemed successful.
• The platform reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of fraudulent activity or violation of terms.

Program Duration:

• The Refer & Earn Program is valid from 13th December to 17th December 2024, unless extended or terminated at the platform's discretion.

Fraudulent Activity:

• Referrals involving fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts or using false information, will not be rewarded.

Non-Transferability:

• Rewards earned through the Refer & Earn Program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
